By using US Drone Map ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Service Description

US Drone Map is a directory connecting customers with drone service providers. We provide a platform for pilots to list services and customers to find them.

2. User Responsibilities

Pilots: You warrant that information is accurate, you hold valid FAA Part 107 certification (if required), have appropriate insurance, and comply with all laws.

Customers: You acknowledge US Drone Map does not endorse pilots, you must verify credentials, and any agreements are between you and the pilot.

3. Verified Listings

Verification indicates submitted documentation was reviewed. It does not guarantee service quality. Subscriptions renew annually unless cancelled 7 days prior to renewal.

4. Prohibited Conduct

• Providing false information
• Impersonating others
• Illegal use of the Service
• Scraping or harvesting data
• Interfering with Service operation

5. Intellectual Property

US Drone Map name, logo, and content are protected. Do not use without permission.

6. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

7. Limitation of Liability

US DRONE MAP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. TOTAL LIABILITY LIMITED TO AMOUNTS PAID IN PRECEDING 12 MONTHS OR $100.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify US Drone Map from claims arising from your use or violation of these Terms.

9. DMCA

Report copyright infringement to contact@usdronemap.com.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Wisconsin law. Disputes resolved in Wisconsin courts.

11. Changes

We may modify Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

12. Termination

We may terminate access at any time for any reason.
